Public documentation lives in two places:

• Hermes Agent guide — the canonical Vylen guide to running Hermes Agent: install, configuration, daily-use gotchas, and how Vylen fits in. Start here if you are setting up a self-hosted Hermes Agent instance.
• Gateway plugin source and README — the open-source Hermes-side gateway plugin (MIT) that bridges Hermes Agent to Vylen clients over an outbound-only tunnel.

The Vylen client app (native iOS, Android, web) is a private project; public release notes will land on the blog when it ships.
